Tom's expertise includes finance, management, business planning, economic policy, government, and international development.  Education includes Wharton MBA, MRP University of North Carolina, and BA Boston University.  He completed one year of study in organizational systems at the Leadership Institute of Seattle, and holds several certifications.  He is formerly CFO with GCI Inc and Economic Development Manager for City of Bellevue Washington.
